Within 1-2 days before the day of the session, we will share a 15-30 min phone/zoom call for introductions and discuss how we can assist your intentions for the session. We Will discuss what may help you get the most out of this session. Every call intends to immediately begin declaring the “alignment process” of your intentions before the day of our session.
2. Sound Healing Reiki Session
The session will be presented in steps:
At the session's close, we will slowly come back into our awareness, after which we can share our discoveries and reflections from the sound therapy session.
3. An Exclusive Copy of the Healing Track
At no additional charge, we will share a copy of the healing frequency track that was customized to your needs. If you should ever find yourself in need of support, in a pinch, this track will be your dose of sonic healing that you can use as a meditation track or as ambient background noise.
