Singing Bowl Healing: Singing bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. Because we are essentially made of sound vibration, singing bowls are an effective way to retune the energy of the body.

What Happens During A Reiki Session:

A reiki session begins with a brief discussion about what brings you in and we set an intention for the session. Using a very pure healing herb or resin, we “smudge” or clean the energy of your aura.

Next the health of your Chakras (energy centers) will be assessed. This will tell us what aspects of your life are in need of more attention and how you are being affected.

We then begin Reiki, which is the hands-on healing part of the session. This will clear any blockages in the main energy system, recharge your energy level, transmute any negative energy in your body to positive and allow you to enter a state of deep relaxation and healing. We ground your energy allowing you to be more peaceful, physically coordinated, confident, calm and in control, and aware of yourself and body.

At this point, the reiki energy will be sealed within your body to allow for further healing for the next 4-7 days. You will be gently brought back from your twilight state of relaxation and receive a brief consultation about how to keep up the health of your energy system.
