We didn't end up here by accident. We took healing seriously enough to let it change everything, our work, our home, the way we move through the world. This is who we are and how we got here.
We wanted it all.
We believe you can have it too.
We got bogged down like everyone does. The hustle of city life, the grind, the slow suffocation of a routine that looked fine from the outside but felt nothing like the life we actually wanted. We dreamed bigger. And then we took the leap.
And we still come back to Houston. Quarterly. Because Simply Reiki is not something we left behind, it's something we love. These clients, this practice, this community. What's the point of having cake if you can't eat it? We built a beautiful life and we still get to do the work that matters most to us. That's not a compromise. That's the whole point.
Tori visits once per quarter. Tye visits once per quarter. We alternate so Houston always has one of us. One practice, two healers, the same medicine, always someone here for you.

Tori Adekoya
Tori has fourteen years of practice rooted in Reiki, hypnotherapy, and energy work. She carries three Reiki lineages, Usui Reiki Ryoho, Gendai Reiki Hō, and Jikiden Reiki, and teaches and attunes as a Master Teacher in the Usui line. She is a board-certified hypnotherapist, a QHHT practitioner, and the creator of the Quantum Reroute Method, a healing modality that combines hypnotherapy, soul retrieval, and energy work to address trauma at its root.
Tori's sessions are deeply intuitive, direct, and transformational. She will meet you in places most practitioners won't go, and she does not flinch from what you bring into the room.

Tye Adekoya
Tye has nearly ten years of practice as a Reiki Master, QRM practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and sound healer. He has spent years crafting intentional sound healing experiences, weaving singing bowls, breathwork, and meditation into a session style that is grounded, still, and deeply held.
Tye co-facilitates The Cocoon Healing Retreat in Guatemala alongside Tori, and brings the same depth and presence to every session in Houston. His work is for anyone ready to slow down enough to actually feel what's been waiting to be felt.
