Reiki is a Japanese healing practice developed in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui. The word itself means "universal life energy" — the same energy that animates every living thing. A Reiki practitioner acts as a channel for that energy, directing it through the hands to the client's energy field, chakras, and physical body.
It is not massage. It is not talk therapy. It is not religious. Reiki works at the energetic level — clearing blockages, restoring flow, and supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself. Most people feel deeply relaxed during a session. Many feel heat, tingling, emotional release, or a sense of something lifting. Some feel nothing in the moment and notice significant shifts in the days that follow.
Reiki is not a replacement for medical treatment. It is a powerful complement to it, and to any healing work you are already doing.

This is not a basic Reiki session. Every appointment includes a complete healing ritual built from fourteen years of practice and the belief that you deserve more than one thing working for you at a time.
Chakra Evaluation
Every session opens with a full chakra assessment. We locate where energy is blocked, depleted, or overactive before we begin working, so the session is targeted not generic.
Reiki Energy Healing
Traditional hands-on Reiki channeled through the Usui lineage, informed by study across Gendai and Jikiden traditions. Not a quick pass. A full, deliberate session.
Sound Healing
Singing bowls used throughout the session to deepen the energetic work. Sound moves energy differently than hands alone, and the combination creates a fuller, more complete reset.
Smudging
Tori and Tye were taught the practice of smudging within the Lakota tradition. This is not ceremonial aesthetics. It is an ancient and real practice for clearing the energy of a space and a person, and it is part of every session.
Crystal Placement
Crystals placed intentionally on and around the body to support the energetic work happening in the session. Each crystal selected for what you bring in that day.
Intuitive Guidance
If messages come through during your session, you will receive them. Intuitive guidance and energetic insight shared as they arrive, without filter and without agenda.
From the moment
you arrive to the moment
you leave.
We don't rush. We build padding into every appointment because the work takes what it takes. If you arrive and we are a few minutes behind, it is because something significant moved in the session before yours and we did not cut it short. You will receive the same courtesy.
Arrival and intake
We take a few minutes to talk about what you're carrying and what you want to shift. This is not a clinical intake form. It's a real conversation, and it shapes the session.
Chakra evaluation
We assess your energy field before we begin working, locating where things are blocked, depleted, or overactive. This makes the session targeted rather than generic.
The full session
Reiki, sound healing, smudging, crystal placement, and any messages that come through — all woven together as the session unfolds. You lie fully clothed on a massage table. Most people fall into a deeply relaxed state within minutes.
Integration and close
We bring you back gently and share anything that came through. You are given time to land before you leave. Drink water. Rest if you can. The session continues working for 24 to 72 hours after you leave the table.

Distance Reiki is real. Energy does not require proximity — it moves through intention, and your energy field is fully accessible regardless of where you are physically. Clients receive virtual sessions from across the country and the world and report the same depth of shift as in-person work.
For virtual sessions you will need a quiet private space, somewhere you can lie down comfortably for the duration. We connect over video. You close your eyes. The session begins.
Virtual sessions are offered at a reduced rate because we don't have to travel to you. We pass that directly on. Same-day appointments are usually available for virtual sessions.
