How We Work

We are people first.

We tried to run this like a business once. It didn't work, because healing isn't a transaction and it refuses to be treated like one. So we do things differently now.

We no longer offer hour sessions, because in nearly twenty-five years of combined practice we have rarely done an actual hour session. The work takes what it takes. We build padding after every appointment. If we're a few minutes behind when you arrive, it's because something significant moved in the session before yours and we didn't rush it. You'll receive the same.

You are not a booking or a time slot. You are a person carrying something real who trusted us enough to show up. We don't take that lightly.

We believe this work is our dharma. And we've done enough of our own healing to hold yours without flinching.
